TGIF

TGIF!!! We survived the busy work week, the lil rain storm, the wild winds and now this weekend we are in store for a lil heatwave. Bring it on baby!

Tonight we went out for tea and while eating, we ran into our friend Lisa with her new puppy Marley. Lisa just lost her dog Stormy of 9 years to IMHA (a k9 disease) and Lisa's father got her Marley. OoRah seems to be quite smitten with Marley.

Wild Winds

The storm from Northern Cali brought some wild winds to Southern Cali Tues and Weds. This eve the winds finally died down. Though the winds made a mess of streets and yards, it cleared the sky and enabled us to catch a glimpse of a beautiful sun set over Catalina Island.

Hanging Out

Today we spent the majority of the day in Laguna Beach. While there we stopped at our new fav spot Madison's Square and Garden Cafe. Madison gave us treats and kisses and took time out to take a pic with us.

A Day of Errands and What-Have-U's

It's Saturday and the sun is out from beneath the fog. This morn mom and dad were doing "what-have-u's" around the house/in the garage. While dad was washing his car, Calmes came by and gave a shout out.

After we got done doing the "what-have-u's", we went downtown to mom's fav coffee shop and chilled in the sun.

Then we headed to Petsmart and ran into the guy that told mom about the dog food that we have been eating since mom and dad picked us up in Oregon...dog food is Blue. Its holistic with heaps of vegs and fruits and all natural...suppose to be good for ya, but we dont care...just let us eat.

After Petsmart we decided to go to Dana Point Harbor for a hour plus stroll. Dad had a time explaining to many people our breed. We had fun getting pets and kisses from all the people.

We met a new friend, DD while strolling the dock. She liked giving kisses too.

Hanging Out at Huntington Beach Dog Beach

Today we cruised to Huntington Dog Beach to hang out with our good pals Rene, Sara, Kia, Alice Cooper and Icabob. We walked the entire HDB circuit (3 mi). We decided to strike a poise at the "No Dog" Sign where ya had to turn around.

After the 3mi beach walk, we WALKED to Main Street and got our grub on.

It was hard to take a nap as a lot of people kept stopping to talk and pet us dogs.

Acting Up...

Even though Dad took us on a long walk in the fog this morning, being the crazy puppies that we are, while Mom was trying to clean the floor, we were acting up just a lil too much so Mom put our wild Indian asses on the treadmill for 15 minutes and left us alone!!!! OMG...she normally supervises us on the treadmill...but she wanted to get back to field day, so yep, we were a walking side by side alone. Though she did have a moment to snap this pic. Guess we know who 'Pack Leader' is.

It's Wednesday, i.e. Hump Day!

It's Hump Day so we reckon we get a lil crazy like the temps here in Southern Cali...80 degrees in March...com' on now.

Up and At Em, Early Morn Beach Walk

Mom woke us up early this Saturday morn to go on a 2.5 mi beach walk...we thought Saturdays were for sleeping in.

Surprisingly, we ran into a lot of dogs on the beach...this wasnt a bad idea after all...mom knows best.

Then after our walk, we went into town for some breakie and ran into the Coon twins.

Treadmill Action

Mom and Pa watch too much Dog Whisper. Not only are we learning basic commands, we are also learning how to walk on the treadmill.

Sunday in the IE (Inland Empire)

We visited grandpa Lou and grandmama Barb for the first time in the IE. They have alot going on at their house and we made sure that we investigated all we could. Seeing how we have a cement backyard and grandparents have a grass backyard, we took advantage of digging around the trees and shrubs.

There was a interesting Parrot hanging on the patio...is it real or did grandmama get it at Wal-Mart?

Wow, What a Saturday Morning!!

Saturday morning started off with a great view. The skies were clear and no sweatshirts required. We reuinted with our pal Hansel, our sister Zoe and 1/2 brother Roo for a hike at Top of the World in Laguna Beach.

After a killer hike, we went into downtown Laguna, hung out and got some breakie at Madisons...great food by the way and we even met the owner, Madison himself.

After Laguna Beach, it was time to go wash off the bugs/ticks and whatever else we picked up on the trail...so we headed to Pet Treasures for a bath.

Then it was off to the vet for our last vaccinations. Oouchh!
